Standard assessments offered are:

Culture Assessment that focuses on people: This involves employees, leadership, providers.  Assess and analyze key performance indicators that may be available or areas that represent where the company is at as it relates to employee experience and satisfaction, Patient experience and satisfaction,  employee retention or Turnover Rate, Provider, Employee, Leadership engagement levels. Evaluating the Employer and Provider of choice as well as other pertinent indicators.

Assessments typically can take 2 weeks to 3 months to complete based on Client’s needs.
